When a customer calls or stops in with a question or problem, they expect a prompt and accurate response.
Visual Utility Billing (VUB™) is designed to put the information you need at your fingertips and to allow you to find it quickly and easily. Here's how:
- With one mouse click, sort the customer database by Customer Name, Customer Number, Service Address, Mailing Address or Tax ID Number.

- Type just the first few characters of the name or address to go quickly to the customer overview screen. This screen includes basic account information, balance due information, and a visual flag if the property in question has a lien.

- With just a mouse click, see information on the customer's property or a list of all services provided to this address.

- See detailed information on each service provided, including billing setup, deposits, current and previous balances, penalties and interest along with balance due for the entire account.

- A comments and notes area provides a reminder or an alert to others about special situations. The comment tab is displayed in red if a comment has been entered.

- A complete account history is also available. See every transaction with overdue items flagged, and view a debit/credit history or a history summary.

- You will also have instant access to a complete consumption history for the account.

Finally, if you need to provide your customer with a hard copy of account information, any screen in the Customer Service area can be printed. Or you can easily create a customer-specific detail report of all transactions relevant to a particular customer and then print it.
