Visual Utility Billing (VUB™) is designed to put the information you need at your fingertips and to allow you to find it quickly and easily. Here's how:

 

Customer Inquiries

With one mouse click, sort the customer database by Customer Name, Customer Number, Service Address, Mailing Address or Tax ID Number.

Customer Maintenance

Type just the first few characters of the name or address to go quickly to the customer overview screen. This screen includes basic account information, balance due information, and a visual flag if the property in question has a lien.

 

Finally, if you need to provide your customer with a hard copy of account information, any screen in the Customer Service area can be printed. Or you can easily create a customer-specific detail report of all transactions relevant to a particular customer and then print it.
